Terms and Conditions
For Kawai’s Cashback Promotion 20th October 2025 – 31st January 2026
1 – Definitions and Interpretations
Approved Dealer – A dealer authorised by the Promoter listed as ‘Upright Pianos’ or ‘Grand Pianos’ dealer on the Promoter’s Dealer Locator: https://www.kawai.co.uk/dealersearch/
Cashback – The cashback of £500 available to Participants to Claim after purchase of an Eligible Product purchased within the Promotion Period in accordance with these terms
Claim – The process set out in section 6
Claim Period – The Period when a Claim can be submitted for Eligible Products purchased during the Promotion Period
Eligible Products: The products and variations as set out in section 4
Executing Agency – BENAMIC Unlimited company - Benamic, IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland

Participant – The requirements of an individual to participate in this promotion set out in section 3
Promoter – Kawai UK Ltd.
Promotion End Date: The promotion ends on 31st January 2026
Promotion Start Date: The promotion starts on 20th October 2025
Promotion Period – The period when purchases are eligible to Claim Cashback
Proof of Purchase – The receipt and invoice requirements as set out in section 6.2
2 – Promoter Details
2.1 This promotion is run by Kawai UK Ltd. Unit 8, Dunfermline Court, Maidstone Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK10 0BY
2.2 Details of the promotion can be found on the Promotion Page of the Promoter’s website
3 – Eligibility
3.1 Participants must be a resident in the UK, be aged 18 or over, and have purchased at least one Eligible Product from an Approved Dealer in accordance with these terms.
3.2 The Promotion is only open to Participants that have purchased an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period, in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Retailers and Approved Dealers must not submit Claims on behalf of their customers.
3.4 Employees, agents or family members of employees or agents of The Promoter, Approved Dealers or any other parties directly involved with this Promotion are excluded from participating in this promotion.
4 – Eligible Products, The Promotion Period and Claim Period
4.1 Eligible Products are: K-15e, K-200, K-300, E-200, E-300, GL-10, GL-20, GL-30, GL-50, GX-1, GX-2, GX-3, GX-5, GX-6 and GX-7. All finishes and hybrid variations (ATX3L, ATX4 and AURES2) of these models are eligible.
4.2 Eligible products must be brand-new, and any ex-demo, second hand, refurbished or reconditioned models are not eligible.
4.3 The Promotion Period runs from 20th October 2025 until 31st January 2026.
4.4 Claims must be made within The Claim Period of 1st November 2025 until 31st March 2026.
5 – How to Participate
5.1 Eligible Participants will be eligible to claim £500 Cashback after purchasing an Eligible Product from an Approved Dealer, subject to full compliance with these terms.
5.2 The Participant must purchase an Eligible Product online, in store or over the phone from an Approved UK dealer.
6 – Claims and Payment
6.1 To participate in the Promotion, Participants must:
- i) Purchase an Eligible Product from Approved Dealer within the Promotion Period
- ii) Complete the ‘Cashback Claim Form’, link found on the Promotion Page during the Claim Period, in full (including the product’s serial number) with complete and honest answers and within the Claim Period and upload their valid Proof of Purchase for the Eligible Product.
6.2 Proof of Purchase of the Eligible Product is a requirement of the Claim, and must clearly show the original retail receipt or invoice receipt of the Eligible Product purchase. It must also clearly identify the retailer’s name, date of purchase, product name and purchase price.
6.3 In the event that the Participant returns or exchanges the Eligible Product to the Approved Dealer, the Participant will not be entitled to the Cashback and any claim will not be valid. This does not affect the Participant’s statutory rights or warranty of the Eligible Product.
6.4 Cashback cannot be claimed alongside other promotional offers from the Promoter.
6.5 Cashback can only be claimed for products in stock with the Promoter, and Cashback will not be available to products on backorder or delivered after the Claim Period.
6.6 The Executing Agency will email the Participant within 48 hours to confirm receipt of their claim.
6.7 It is the Participants responsibility to contact the Executing Agency withing 14 days of a claim if a receipt of their claim has not been received, Participants should contact kawai@promotion-support.com
6.8 The Executing Agency will deliver the Cashback via BACS transfer to the bank details provided on the Claim within 30 days after the successful claim validation pursuant to section 6.6
6.9 Where the Cashback constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the Participant as the recipient.
6.10 Name on invoice must match the bank account beneficiary for payment.
7 – Privacy Policy
7.1 By participating in this promotion, Participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://bit.ly/KUKPrivacy
7.2 When making a Claim, Participants will provide personal data including name, address, bank details etc., which is stored and processed by the Promoter and the Executing Agency for the purpose of administering this promotion.
8 – Disclaimer
8.1 Kawai UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify unilaterally or withdraw this promotion at any time in its own sole discretion without any liability.
8.2 By participating in this promotion, participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
8.3 These terms do not affect your statutory rights
8.4 No responsibility will be accepted for Claims lost, delayed or for those Claims not received by the end of the Promotion.
8.5 It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that all details are provided in full to support the Claim.
8.6 Claims that are incomplete, illegible or ineligible will be disqualified.
8.7 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by the Participant in relation to the Promotion.
8.8 The Promoter shall not be liable for any delayed Claims related to this Promotion.
8.9 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure or third-party, fault (beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control).
8.10 In the event that the Participant returns of exchange the Eligible Product after submitting a Claim, the Participant is obligated to return the Cashback in full to the Promoter within 30 days
8.11 If any provision of these Terms should be deemed invalid in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision which is legally permissible, and which comes closest to the provision deemed invalid, in terms of content.
8.12 The Promoter reserves the right to reject any Claim that it deems not to comply with these Terms.
Schedule 9 – Governing Law
9.1 These terms are governed by English law
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
